"Mid-Town Instrument Repairs" has technicians that are qualified to repair most any electronic musical instrument, P.A. gear, tape or digital recording devices. We also repair many of those older units that may have been hard to find service for. If the parts are available we can probably repair it. If we don't think it's possible to get parts or would excede value, we will tell you up front rather than charge you for the estimate. Repairs are taken in on a "first come, first serve" basis. Rush charges are available. Bench repairs carry a 90 day limited warranty from date of pick up.

Parts costs are charged at MSRP or less.

Basic Labor Rate:
$64.00 per hour, guitar/bass amps, keyboards, mixers, P.A. outboard gear, etc.

High End Labor Rate:
$80.00 per hour, DAT machines, mixing consoles 24ch and up.

All manufacturer's warranty repairs must be accompanied by a valid receipt showing name of purchaser, serial number of unit, date of purchase, and description of unit. Questionable claims will be verified with manufacturer.

Rush Charges:
$50.00, to bench within one working day.
$30.00, to bench withing three working days.

Rush charge applies to "time to bench" only, does not guarantee completion of repair in that time frame. Rush charges are due in advance and are not refundable. Charge is due in advance and is not refundable. Rush charge are not covered by any warranty and payment is the sole responsibility of the client!
